Stargate will be one of the most powerful in the series of supercomputers that Microsoft and OpenAI plan to elaborate on. The media clarifies that the capabilities of this machine will largely depend on the ability of the ChatGPT developer to roll out the next major update, which is expected to debut in early 2025.

Microsoft and OpenAI have not yet responded to a media request for a joint project. This means that the construction of the data center has not been officially confirmed and belongs to the category of potentially possible, but not guaranteed events.
