Linx will pay a total of $31 million in cash?
Linx announced the acquisition of PinPag, now having 90 direct employees in S?o Caetano do Sul and a branch in Porto Alegre.
Linx offers customized and disruptive installment solutions for retail services in different segments. That acquisition is yet another step to reinforce the strategy of its fintech Linx Pay Hub products and services.
Furthermore, the company also brings new customers, including retailers, auto repair shops, and driving schools.
Linx aims to additionally pay $15 million between 2021 to 2022 in case of reaching financial goals with PinPag.
