Mastercard has agreed to provide First Direct’s customers with debit cards from the next year.

This way, First Direct’s customers will be provided with card controls and functionality, as well as a new rewards and loyalty program.

The report states that new to bank customers will begin receiving Mastercard debit cards in Q1 2021. As to the existing, they will be migrated gradually during the course of 2021.
