Payoneer and ANNA announced a collaboration to provide simple and safe cross-border payment solutions for small businesses and freelancers. This way, ANNA’s SMB and freelance customers can receive international payments in USD or EUR into their account within the app.

ANNA has an AI chat-based interface that allows users to easily share account details with their customers. What is more, they can check their balances and receive notifications of loaded payments. Customers can also be informed about the exchange rate and make withdrawals.

Along with that, ANNA provides 24/7 customer support in case of the problem the AI can’t solve.

Besides, when users receive money in local receiving accounts, they benefit from Payoneer’s currency conversion, which is up to 75% cheaper than when the bank converts the currency.

We’ve reported that Payoneer?announced?the establishment of a new office in Dublin, Ireland. This way, the Central Bank of Ireland authorizes the Dublin entity of Payoneer as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI).
