Following the shutdown of its operations in Russia, PayPal has entered Ukraine.
Mykhailo Fedorov, a Deputy Prime Minister of Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine revealed this announcement in his tweet.

This will allow Ukrainian customers to send and receive P2P payments and to transfer funds from their PayPal wallet to the eligible credit or debit cards.
What is more important, it will help Ukrainians that had to flee the war to use and withdraw the money in their current location.
The company also announced it will temporarily waive its fees for customers sending funds to Ukrainian PayPal accounts or receiving funds into Ukrainian PayPal accounts.
