The bank aims at providing security as it revolutionizes digital banking services
The UAE-based Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) has launched corporate digital banking solutions.
This is part of the financial service provider’s efforts that will enable firms to experience integrated digital banking services. By accessing the services digitally, the companies will benefit from accessing services easily. For instance, firms can now complete transactions online with multi-step authentication.
The bank has also expanded its services to accommodate an integrated digital experience for the current and future consumers via mobile phone and the internet.
Through the digital banking solution, companies can access a range of services such as term deposits, documentary credits, current accounts, trade finance, remittances and guarantees. Other services that will be available around the clock include bill payments, salary transfer, cheque book requests, commercial license updates, approvals, commercial facilities as well as other requests.
The use of biometrics technology will allow the identification of users via facial recognition and fingerprints. An interactive model for consumers has also been developed by the financial services provider.
